IDE-EDI, Interactive Design Education
INNOVATIVE LEARNING
IDE-EDI is an innovative and interactive learning environment for students in the textile and clothing field. Its objective is to improve the international competitiveness of the design students. The project includes partner schools and enterprises in Finland, France and Germany.
On this web page, students can show their work to the international partners. Students learn to work in international groups and design products for the international markets. The exchange of ideas and feedback between cultures will also give new perspectives to the design process.
The main target group is students, but teachers and enterprises in the design field can also benefit from the project. Enterprises stay up to date with the newest methods in design and teachers can enhance the quality of their teaching.The project is carried out with support of the Commission of the European Communities under the Leonardo da Vinci programme.
